Sunshine Executive Suites, another feature of Sunshine Professional Center, houses Executive Suites and Small Business Suites which offer a variety of office sizes and include a conference/media room, professional reception area, state of the art telephone system and lunchroom. Secretarial computer and receptionist services are provided to complete the professional atmosphere. The complex offers the ability to grow as your business expands without changing location.

| FAX MACHINE | $1.00 first page - $.50 ea. additional page (Local). $.50 ea. page incoming (Local). Out-of-State & International subject to additional charges. |
| NOTARY SERVICE | Complimentary to tenants only. |
| POSTAGE - OUTGOING | Cost of postage plus 25%. |
| MAIL | You will be assigned your own mail box for incoming mail. |
| UTILITIES | No charge for electricity, air conditioning or water. |
| SECRETARIAL SERVICES | $30.00 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments, including word processing. Every effort will be made for same-day service and will guarantee a 24 hour turn-around. |
| OFFICE KEYS | A key to your suite office door and an entry code to access the front door. |
| OFFICE CLEAN | Trash removal on your own, feel free to use the dumpster. |
| MINI KITCHEN | Complimentary coffee. Microwave and refrigerator at your disposal.
